GRKVAIOUTH. April 20. At the .Magistrate’s Court vesterday hefore Mr Aleklnmt. 5.. M.. the following cases were dealt with William A. C- Rose on a charge of drunkenness iut» lined 5s and on a charge' of breach of a prohibition order consideration was deferred.

Defendant pleaded guilty, and on condition that restitution was made he was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called u]Kut within twelve months. On a charge of having an unregister, eel gun in his possession an immigrant who arrived from England last month was ordered to pay costs.
