TOUR IN STOLEN CARS'. LONDON, February 23. Three London hoys, aged about 15, were charged at Northampton yesterday with stealing motor-cars. A constable said that oil Sunday morning he found the hoys at Northampton looking very much exhausted, and they led him to a two-seater car which Iliad run out of petrol. The registration number had been partly obliterated. . As a result of inquiries it was found that this car had been stolen from Birmingham on Saturday evening. A car stolen from Kilhurn, N.W., had been abandoned at Maidenhead, and a third car stolen at Maidenhead had been found stranded at Birmingham. The hoys, who admitted stealing the cars, said that none of them had ever driven before. One had read a lot of hooks about motoring. They were handed over to the Birmingham police.
