'I he Union has over one thousand members. An endeavour will he made to establish branches in all States. Mr Hurley, general President, stated: " We have taken steps to bring about a normal state of working in the waterside industry of Australia. We are in a position to say that for the luture all disputes between the Watersiders 1 Federation and the employers of maritime labour will he conducted on strictly constitutional lines.
