Siemens Bros, and Co. and the Genera! Electrical Company. who have hitherto carried on under their respective organisations. The authorised capital of .siemens Bros is Cl’.■'itt; 1,000. of which L 2.000.090 has been issued and paid up. £ 1.5(1(1.000 in ordinary shares and £550.000 in 10 per cent, preference shares. The General Electric Company’s capital authorised is £6.000.000. of which to,7] 1,975 has been issued in £2.111.970 ordinary shares, £1.800.000 (S.V per cent “A” preference shares and £1,800.000 per per rent " B ” preference shares.
