Alatson and Co. report as follows regarding their stock sale at Addington yards yesterday:— Store Sheep.—A very large yarding for this time of the year and a larger proportion of local sheep than lately, although there were consignments from tin* North Island, the AVest Coast and Southland. Ewes again formed the hulk of the entry, and considering the late season, we think the sale all round was a phenomenal one, and the majority of the entry was cleared at auction. Lambs were linn and wethers also showed an improvement.
