SWINDLE ON CAR. OWNERS. LONDON, Feb. 20. Owners of Morris motor-cars arc warned about a man of good appearance who lias victimised many owner of such cars by representing himself a--an employee of Messrs Stewart and Arden, Ltd., of New Bond-street, W. Calling 'at- the house of a ear-owner when the latter is absent, he says he lias been sent to deliver a parcel of spare parts, for which money is to be paid on delivery. In one case a coolc gave the man 25s for a parcel which contained a cigarette lighter; in another some pounds were paid for a parcel retaining a. brick, and other parcels
