LATE LOCALS.
The attention of the authorities is directed to the state of the footway of the railway crossing in Weld St., where urgent attention is necessary to improve the present condition of the crossing for pedestrians.
The annual meeting of the Westland Sub-Union will he held on Monday next at 8 p.m., last year’s delegates meeting an hour earlier. The business besides the election of officers and general will include consideration of the question of the senior competition and Town Club formation. Delegates must present written authority from the Clubs before taking their seats.
