A special vote will he submitted to Parliament for administration of the grant, which will he entrusted to the Secretary of Dominion Affairs, assisted by a. commission consisting ol representatives of the Colonial Office, Treasury Ministry of Agriculture, Scottish Health Department and' mein hers nominated by the Secretary of otate in consultation with the chairman ol the Imperial Economic-Committee. 1 he new body will be directed to include Home and agricultural produce within tho scope of the grant and an additional member of the Imperial Economic Committee will be appointed representing Home and Agricultural interests. A Labour member asked tne meaner for an assurance that the importation of Empire produce, which was produced by unfair labour conditions, would be discouraged. . . , Mr Amery expressed the opinion -hat labour conditions throughout the Empire compared favourably with similar conditions in other parts ot the world. ___
