F. Yewon. for conversion of monies from liis late employer, a butcher, was admitted to probation for three years and also ordered to make restitution of £SO at the rate of £1 per week. G. E. Oakley, for theft of an article at a dance, to probation for twelve months.
R. Wills for selling tickets in an illegal lottery (the tickets having been sent to hint from Australia by the promoter of a bogus lottery) was fined a nominal sum and costs.
