May 1 to May 7 (inclusive) open season in Wnlaron, Cooks and fCarangarua Flats. South Westland, for faking or killing paradise duck. Licenses (2()s each) are obtainable from the Postmasters at Hokitika. Ross. Kumara and Oksrito. Various conditions under which licenses are granted are detailed in the gazette notice.
