Satisfaction will he expressed wherever Rugby is played at the decision of the International Rugby Board to hold annual Imperial conferemvs in tho game, and to invite two delegates each from New Zealand, New South Wales and South Africa. This is a principle for which the New Zealand and Australian unions have consistently fought over for a long period of years, and the decision will prove of vast- importance to the game wherever it is played.
