HOKITIKA HARBOR BOARD
WEDNESDAY, -MARCH 24
The Board met at 4.30 p.m. Pres-ent:—-Messrs G. A. AYood (Chairman), Richards. Ziegler and Houston. The minutes were confirmed and outward correspondence approved. The Secretary reported the balance sheet had not been audited and the special meeting was adjourned sine die. A quantity of formal inward correspondence was read and received. The Signalman reported a straight, easy channel with 12 to lfi feet of wu ter. Accounts amounting to £6(37 0s 3d were passed for payment, including £609 7s Oil to Government Advances Department. The Chairman reported on the more important subjects of the Harltors’ Conference. The Chairman was thanked for attending the conference at his own expense and ably representing the Board. The Board rose at 5.30 p.m.
