WELLINGTON, March 25. The local Itugby Union lias approved of the proposal to grade the senior clubs, but only by a small majority. Opposition was shown on various grounds, the principle being that the B Grade would lie looked upon as merely glorified juniors. It was decided to proceed with the erection of the new grandstand at Athletic Park to seat over 6,000 at a cost of £30,000. The structure is designed with' wings, which may be omitted to reduce the cost.
