M. HOUSTON ANI) CO’S REPORT.

At the above sale, yesterday our entry consisted of 21 fat lambs and 47 head of cattle. The usual buyers were in attendance and competition was good for all well finished lines of medium weight cattle, at prices on a par with those of last sale. Heavy prime ox realised 35s per hundred, medium weight (best ox and heifer 33s and cow beef from 20s to 30s according to quality. The pen of fat lambs were particularly good and realised 28s. AA’e sold as follows:—On account of E. C. Cron 21 prime lambs at 28s ; on account of T. Staines 2 bullocks at £l3 15s, 3 heifers at '£7 17s Gd, 2 bullocks at £l4, 1 at £l3 ICs, 1 at £l4, 2 at £l3 10s; on account of AY. F. Diedrich 1 bullock at £l4, 2 at £ll 12s Gd, 2 heifers at £lO 17s Gd, 2at £B, sat £7 15s, 3at £ll 10s; on account of A. Meharrv 2 steers at £6, 1 cowl at £4 2s Gd; on account of Mrs Lousicli 1 cow at. £G 10s; on account of A\ r . Thomson 3 cows at £5 os; on account of a client 1 steer at £7, 3 store steers at £2 17s Gd, l heifer at £3, 1 calf at 37s Gd, 1 row and calf at £2, 1 vealer at £2, 2 aged store cows at 30s.
