Sweethearts, wives, ,-m<l mothers! There is a picture at tin; Princess I heat re to-night that should interest .Vou. ft is something exceptionally good, entirely dill'crenl. Don’t fail to see ‘'Three Women.’’ The story is of a middle aged widow who tails in love with a man about town, infatuated with her wealth. Soon he decides that her daughter would he a, better match Tor him, and the mother loses a lover and gains a son. A charming wife does not change his habits for it is not long before he is in the midst of an affair villi another woman. Then the complications begin and are brought to a very satisfactory conclusion, '‘’Three Women” shows liow good a picture can be when made under the supervision of a faultless director like Ernst Lubitseh. May AlcAvoy, Marie Prevest and Pauline Frederick share the lid-stellar honours, supported by l.ew Cody. Alary Carr. Willard Lewis and Pierre Oendron. .May AlcAvoy. as the wife of a fickle husband, plays her part in charming sinceritt. while Pauline Frederick, who takes the role as her mother and former sweetheart to her husband, seems to have been made for the part. Alarm Pn'vost, as still
another sweetheart, i.s the perfect vampire type. The plot has unusual complications, which all wind up to a very dramatic climax. The settings in tlie picture are exceedingly artistic, but have a simplicity in their very massiveness. ‘‘Three Women” is a perfect combination of unusual plot, excellent acting, and great direction. Don’t miss it.
