From Nurse Scott, Wrtiho Gorge, asking for supply of horse feed, repairs to telephone and wash-out on road. Received ; to be attended to. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr W. Diedriehs for the gift of a vealer. REPORTS. From Medical Superintendent Westland Hospital, reporting patients in hospital on 31st January as 30. Ad--1 micted during February, 18 males, 4 females. Total treated 36 males, 25 females; total 61. Discharged cured 16 males. 9 females; relieved 1 male, 2 females; died 1 male. Total discharged 17 males, 11 females—2B. In hospital 28tili February, 19 males, 1-t females—33. In hospital for two months 10 males, 8 females—lß.—Received. From House Coinnimitfee reporting conditions satisfactory.—Received. The Treasurer reported receipts £640 4s 9d, payments £971 9s 4d, credit balance £378 8s 7d.—Received. From Finance Committee recommending payment of accounts amounting to £7.30 18s (Id : building accounts £67 7s; further that the Matron's salary be increased by £25 per annum, for increased work in connection with ti e O.P. Home.—Received and adopted, the Chairman. Messrs Davidson. Duff. Meharry and Wells paying a tribute to the exceptional good work of the Matron. Messrs Blank and Davidson reported in reference to a suggested wheeled
