Britain. France, Belgium, Germany and Italy are represented. NO SOLUTION YET. GENEVA, March 15. Tilt' informal meeting of the Council bas eonelmled, but no solution lias yet been found.
The Council is meeting again this afternoon. Sir Austen Chamberlain, after the Council meeting, said the situation was more hopeful.
