In tho Federal House of Representatives, the Minister for Defence said the Court of Inquiry into the aeroplane accident a« Canberra on the lltli. of February unanimously found the phi" was airworthy and it had been properly tested before the flight. The accident was due to ail error of judgment on the part of the pilot, causing a stalling of the engine.
