WEI. LI NO TON. March 10. There is a royal row on between the Wellington and Napier Boxing Associations over the match for the professional light weight championship, which comes oil' here next week. Napier claims they have signed a contract with one man, and received a promise from the other, and they have appealed to the New Zealand Council. If the decision is not granted in their favour llv Saturday they will apply for an injunction against Wellington. Meanwhile seats are being booked for a contest here. LYTTELTON* TUNNEL ELECTRIFICATION. CHRISTCHURCH. March 10. It is calculated that even if the electrification of the Lyttelton Tunnel begins immediately it will be two years before Hie work is completed.
