Time 1.4. R ACE POSTPONED. CHRISTCHURCH. Feb. 28. The sports meeting at which Rose and Hahn were to have their third test- over a mile was postponed on Saturday night, owing to heavy -n. The postponement is until to-morrow-evening. The sky cleared to-day about mid-day and the afternoon is beautifully fine. If the weather holds until to-morrow night the track will be excellent and the attendance should bo a record.
