Three Syrians were killed ir. the burning carriages. European passengers, including a British 1 iec-Con-sul. and his wife, readied Damascus. Tlic rebels have cut out the Damascus Beak railway.
LONDON. Feb. 20
The Fra neo-Turkish agreement affecting Syria, has been signed at Angina. It is not yet disclosed whether Turkey get's the section of the E-u*’ dad railway mentioned in a cable of Fob. 19th.
