The appeal of John Lincoln, who has been condemned to death lor the murder of Edward Charles Richards at Trowbridge, was dismissed. VIOLENT ELECTION RIOTS. PARIS, Feb. 15. Bucharest messages speak of violent election riots throughout Roumania in which three persons were killed and twenty injured. Bucharest is being patrolled by troops and police.
