Tile Auckland Swimming Centre today discussed a request from the New /caland Association for information regarding the invitation from the, Wnitematn Club to three Australian swimmers to visit New Zealand. There was much discussion on the subject of the Waitcmata Club's guarantee, it being considered that the club should have submitted a detailed report of the estimated cost of the tour. The Club’s delegale said that the necessary guarantee would be given. Tl was decided to inform the New Zealand Association that M. Christie, F. Doyle and Dr K. Kirkland, were to I.* invited, and would lie in Auckland not later than March loth.
