There are possible difficulties over Germany’s admission, as another Power seeks to enter the Council. The “Morning Posts’s” Geneva colrespondent says: “The most reliable authorities indicate that Spain is certain to Ik? given a permanent seat on the Council simultaneously with Germany. while Poland is also pressing her claims. She is backed up by both France and Japan.
