FIGHTING TUBERCULOSIS.
AIELBOURXE, Feb. 4. Tn an address to the Rotary Club. Doctor Smallpage said that he had now ready sufficient of his tuberculosis serum for complete tests and for his own personal use. He says that no highly technical knowledge or instruments are required for its application. He is working on an almost forgotten biological principle, in which, as far as he knows, the solution of the tuberculosis problem has never previously been sought.
