ONE-WAY TRAFFIC.
■LONDON, Doc. 8. A one-way stream of traffic round Parliament-square. ’Westminster, SAY., will be the feature of an experiment about to be undertaken to reduce street congestion. Five streams of traffic—from Georgestreet, Parliament-street, Bridge-street. Abingdon-strcct, and Victoria-street — converge on Parinment-square. Under the experiment every vehicle entering the square will turn to the loft and drive to the left in a circle round the square until reaching the street it is wished to enter.
