[Router Telegrams.] ANTIN’OK’.B CREW RESCUED. NEW YORK. Jan. 28. All the crew of the Antinoe were rescued by the President Roosei el l. Tlie last thirteen were taken off during a lull in the storm, which, lor three days, had lashed the labouring steamer, while the President* Roosevelt stood by awaiting n chance to complete the rescue of all. The rescued men were weak from hunger and exposure.
