Prepares your will and holds it in safe custody, free of any charge if appointed executor. Acts as executor and trustee under a Will, either alono or in conjunction with -Advisory Trustees. Acts as trustee under Wills or Trusts in place of Private Trustees who may be wished to be relieved of their duties. Acts as trustee under marriage and other settlements. Finances estates under his management to avoid the realisation ot assets at a disadvantage, and in suitable cases to enable them to lie handed over to beneficiaries on their becoming entitled. Grants advances from the Common Fund to benelieiaries up to one-half of the value of their shares in estates under his administration. Grants loans on freehold lauds at lowest current rates of interest. Acts as agent or attorney for absentees. Acts as ndmini-trator ot benefit or relict funds.
