I I>Y TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION, j SYDNEY, January 10. Cyclist Fitzgerald won the First Class Ten Miles Scratch Bare, heating Dempsey and Gibaud in a fine finish. The time was 21min Uosecs. Fitzgerald also defeated Gibaud by two lengths in his quarter mile heat ol a match race in forty-four seconds, and in the mile heat in Gl.secs. He won the race. Previously the Now Zealander had n nasty fall in the wheel race and he rode in bandages.
