LONDON, Nov. 7. After lying on his hack for three ami a half years as a hopeless invalid, .Timmy King, a 15-ycars-old South African Boy Scout, at Southampton yesterday walked up the gangway of the Union Castle liner Edinburgh Castle, in which he is returning home. He injured liis spine when 111 camp with other South African Scouts. He was brought to England fo r treatment as the’result of a fund raised by Ins South African comrades. Before leaving England yesterday King said: “Mv back is not mended but bv encasing me in a thick suit ot celluloid, which fits me like a glove over the whole of my body, from my armpits to my Lips I am now able to walk again. I shall have to wear this strait jacket all my life, but I don’t mind that now.l can get about. King’s home is in East London, near Durban.
