Tkawttona lj Learnings. The Rev. K. O. Crosse, headmaster of Christ’s College, Christchurch, said that the traditions of England should be followed by New Zealanders in preference to tbe traditions of America. Geographical proximity to Amelin should not outweigh racial connection with the Old Country. He believed that in intellectual matters and in athletics New Zealanders absorbed far more of American traditions than they realised.
