The British howlers played a match against the members of the Auckland executive at tlie est Kntl wreeu this morning. The green was a little heavy after the rain. Thirteen heads were played. The local team were the winms' by 103 points to S 3. The visitors plnvetl eight rink.- in ordinary matches, and four links in test matches. HAMILTON. Ike. 26. A four rink test match was played here between members of the British liowling team and the South Auckland clubs. It resulted in a tie. with an aggregate of 74. AUCKLAND. Dec. 2b. A bowling match between the British howlers and teams from nine local clubs on Thursday afternoon resulted in a win for the visitors by 187 points to 164.
