WELLINGTON. Dec. ‘24. Mr .1. H. McKenzie has been elected secretary of the Post and Telegraph Association in succession to Mr H. E. Combs, resigned. Mr H. K. Brown, assistant secretary has been appointed organiser. Mr McKenzie, who is an officer in the General Division, was formerly President of the P. and T. Officers’ Association.
