A very well attended meeting of the Executive Committee was held at the Seci'etary'.s Office on Monday last, the President, Mr J. Dinimiek being in the chair. The minutes of the last meeting of committeemen were read and confirmed. and outward and inward correspondence was dealt with.

Discussion ensiled as to the holding of the Annua] Show, and the meeting "as unanimous that such should be held. After further discussion it was decided to tix same so that it "ill precede or follmv the West Coast. Society’s Slum at (Ircymouth. Upon enquiring it ha- been found that the dates of the latter are the 17tit. ami 18th. Uebr: ary. The Show at Hokitika will as a result of the Committee’s decision he held cn the Hokitika racecourse on Friday. 19th. February. Various details in preparation lor the Show were agreed upon. A sub-con: mittec to prepare the Show schedule
