The assault took place in a picture theatre on Monday •ii•*lit and the ease had been part 1 heard on Tuesday, when it was adjourned till next day to enable Murly lo appear and give evidence. Police statements bud revealed that McDonald had occupied cue of four seats reserved in a picture theatre by Murly and that, when he had been requested by the usher to move from the reserved seat, he pushed her over and -truck Murly.
