Tiik Prime Minister should soon be advising the world at large what he proposes doing with regard to the completion of the Cabinet. He has a big majority, too large in some respects, for with a smaller majority he wouh have been able to re onstruct bis Cabinet on lines which would have met with very general approval. With his huge majority it C doubtful il he will look beyond the ranks of his own party. In that l irciinistam e he will not have many ‘‘big men” to select from.
