CHRISTCHURCH, December 2. in the tea kiosk, at Riccarton raceeour.se, this evening representatives of every hamlet anj constituency in the Riccarton electorate gathered to do honour to the Hon. George Witty, who did not contest the seat at the general election, after filling; it for three years. The Prime Minister was among the guests.
