It overruled counsel's objection that the ease had been improperly removed B> the High Court. The senior counsel for Walsh then submitted that there was no legal warrant for Walsh's detention, as the Section of the Act under which he was being detained was ultra vires of Parliament under the Constitution. .Argument was proceeding when the Court rose.
