Other bv-produrts will he sheep du . naphtha, solvent and for making paints; naphthalene for preserving ‘kins- carbolic disinfectants; creosote for preserving timber; anthracene creases and pitch for electrical works. The estimated production of benzol is 180.000 gallons a year. The special system of manufacture is pursued in large industries in England. America. Germany. France and other countries. _
