[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] THE DEPORTATIONS. SYDNEY. November 30. The AA'alsli-Jolianseii ease was again before the High Court to-day. Tom AA’alsh's appeal was taken first. Counsel for AYal.-h urged that the ease ha i been improperly removed from the jurisdiction ol the Full Court to the High Court. The hearing was adjourned till to morrow. ADELAIDE, November 30. Referring lo the deportation of AYalsh and Johansen, Air Condo l (President of the Adelaide Trade’s and Labour Council), said there was going to be no trouble as lar as Adelaide was concerned. Mr Thompson (President ol the AYaterside AYorkers’ Union) said the waterside workers were determined at all costs that Australia should not be dragged into a strike over the deportations. The watorsiders would carry the burden no longer. The men were working amicably with the ship owners. Titov had received a lair deal and would give one in return. He sail the waterside workers would maintain law and order at Port Adelaide. RESUMPTION TERMS SYDNEY. Nov. 30. The ships’ captains and representatives uf the owners and the members of the British Seamen’s Strike Executive have been lot mod into a committee to arrange for the manning of flic ships alfe tuil by the strike. Alen who have not rejoined the Boltana. Htminui. and Tain a by 5 o'clock to-morrow night will be posted as deserters.
