According to advices from Dublin, President Cosgrave lias reported to the Free State Cabinet that- the -London discussion lasted for four hours. It is believed the President will return to London with the Free State Government’s decision.

The newspapers “London Grain Reporter.” states that several causes have contributed to a sharp advance in ultenf prices since the hoginning of October, including Russia’s failure to ship the expected crop, (lie damage, in Argentina by rain rust, and frost. The predominant factor, it says, is Canada, where a wheat (tool is holding hackwheat. and is forcing prices to a high level, owing to lack of South African competition.
