There wore A very rood lines of shorthorn store bullocks- of good colours, which attracted keen competition, hut younger cattle wore not so eagerly sought and sales wore harder to make. Several lines of these cattle were passed ai auction, hut in the majority of cases they found private buyers after the sale, and the bulk of the yarding was cleared. The following sales were made: lit I and o-yr. old store bullocks. Cl!)
