Season tickets totalling 10.000 have been sold and sales arc still proceeding. A new addition to the amusement park last night was the " Wliipa.” a sensational ride which has liocii compared to being hitched to the tail of a serpent and swung round. When the River Cave ride opens, which is expected to-night, tlie amusement park will he in full swing. Last night’s performance of Bertoz’s Eaust liv the exhibition choir of 400 voices and imported soloists was even a greater success than at its first appearance last wee];. Arthur Jordan, the noled English tenor, had recovered from his slight huskiiiess and was in his best form. Ilehclia Stewart, a Sydney dramatic soprano, made her dehut at the Exhibition, achieving instant success with her line interpretation of the role of Margaret. All the specially engaged soloists will he hoard from time to time at popular promenade concerts. Another new feature was started this week in I lie Education Court where demonstration school classes are now hold daily in the forenoon and alV’tiioan.
