A final reminder is given of the sale by public auction at M. Houston and Coy’s mart, Camp St., to-morrow at noon, of a valuable sheep and cattle run, situated at Upper Mikimui River, about 12 miles from Ross railway station. The property is only partly improved, but in its present condition is capable of wintering 100 breeding ewes, and there is plenty of scope for improvements whereby the carrying capacity could lie doubled. Tins is a top-top proposition for an energetic mini with the necessary capital to iniorove and fully stock the land, and its vroximity to the railway is a decided advantage for the export of fat lambs.
