NO AYF.EK-END CHANGE. .SYDNEY. November 23. There was no change in the Federal _ political position during the week-end. The counting of the second preference votes commence.- on Monday and will be completed in a day or two. STATE OF PARTIES UNCHANGED. ' SYDNEY. November 23. The state of parties is unchanged, pending the counting of the second preference votes. MR THEODORE’S REFUSAL. RRISBANE. November 23. Following on his defeat at the Federal elections Mr Theodore declined the offer of a Labour candidate in Ohilla■_ioe bve-eloction to stand down to permit Mr Theodore to seek re-election for the State Parliament.
