Thirty more returned to the 1 hcmi.xtocles this morning and the rest, are expected lm: i this afternoon. The Labour Council has sent £250 from the local funds for tho sustenance of the strikers. This practically clears the balance at Sydney, hut a further instalment is due from tho N.S.AV. branch of the Seamen’s Union. As far as the strike is concerned, the dispute is over. Those who are meeting and reaffirming a determination to stand firm are from the vessels that have sailed. The steamer Corrima. on arrival from Bowen was declared black by the Watersiders’ Federation. because Queensland farmers had loaded sugar into her. The news that several overseas vessels that have been held up in Sydney during the strike will have to lie docked will probably complicate the industrial trouble.
Air J. Garden (Secretary ol flic Marine Transport Group) said 10-dtiv Hial it was extremey unlikely that bi-. unionists would agree to carry out work on vessels that are affected l>y flic strike.

Am unexpected development- in connection with the contemplated sailing of the Malieno to-night, stated that all the stokehold crew was complete with the exception of two men. It was believed that two men would he available after lea. and that the vessel would he able to leave for Sydney. When the time (10 o’clock) came to sail the Company found that a number of men who had .signed on during the day were absent. It was decided to send the vessel to the stream to await the return of the missing men. .Tost as the vessel was about to east off, the rest of the men went ashore. The Malieno was taken to the stream hy fhe officers and engineers. There she is at present. FARMERS GOlNi; TO SYDNEY. SYDNEY. Nov. 18.
The farmers will probably come to Sydney to unload the steamer Coitimal. The marine transport group of unions threaten to declare black any British ship which is docked lor overhaul.
