GERMAN DISARMAMENT. BERLIN, November 11
The German reply to the disarmament question was rushed telegraphically to the German Ambassador at Baris, on the latter’s intimation that the Allies would not announce the alleviations to be made in the Rhineland regime until the reply tv as received. The Ambassador has already informed M. Hriand as to the nature of Germany’s reply, which a report from Baris describes mainly as satisfactory.
LOCARNO PACT BERLIN. Nov. 11
\ number of leading Nationalists, including Count Bismarck, Princes Hohenlohe and Fuerstenherg have issued a statement dissociating themselves from the Nationalists’ hasty action against the Locarno Pact, and appealing for support for the Government s polity thereon.

Nation-wide unity is tlie only basis whereon Germany’s future can lie built up, declared President von Hindenhurg at. Stutgart. in the course of an official tour of South Germany. He apnealed for a. wider diffusion of the spirit, of mutual trust and self-sacri-fice in the interests of the Fatherland, declaring he was deeply concerned regarding the present political divisions and dissensions. A greater degree of unity among all classes was a. dire nceessitv in Germany at the present.
