[UY TELEGRAPH —FEU PRESS ASSOCIATION.) INQUEST OPENED. DUNEDIN, November 10. In addition to minor injuries to'the throat Mrs Hart is suffering from shock and will probably remain in hospital for several days. An inquest was formally opened this morning when evidence ot identification was given hv the children’s grandfather, Andrew Hart, wool spinner of Mosgiel, the father still being in a state of collapse. The inquest was then adjourned sine die. In the Police Court, in her absence the woman was formally charged with murder and remanded till Nov. Kith.
