Ml? LANG FLOUTED. SYDNEY, November 0. The Legislative Council again flouted the Government and thus provided a further incentive to Mr i.ang to carry out his threat to abolish it, by rejecting by 28 to 2d votes the second reading of the Hill providing for the nomination of women to the Council.
