The .Magistrate bound Hilton over to keep the peace tor 12 months in ids own recognisance of C2->. and one , surety of a .similar amount, in addition to paying costs. On bearing the .Magistrate's \ordict. 11 ill on said: 11 You can shove me in gaol, yon won't get any nuinev c.nt ot mo."’ 'the Alagisiraie reminded Hilton tlmr he was rendci mg him-olf guilty ot contempt of Court, but this did not stay bis speech and be left the Court still talking.
